Mr. Hill has held senior management positions within the Consulting and Investigations industry for 30 years. In 2000 he returned to The Wackenhut Corporation after having held senior management positions with Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations for over 9 years. During his tenure with Pinkerton he was responsible for the Consulting Group and was instrumental in developing its capabilities. Prior to 1991, Mr. Hill was President, Investigations Corporation of America, based in Atlanta, GA. This firm specialized in providing services to the Nuclear Power Generating Industry, as well as consulting with multi-national corporations concerning Intellectual Property Protection. Prior to this Mr. Hill was, for 8 years, the Corporate Vice President, Investigation Division, The Wackenhut Corporation. Prior to joining The Wackenhut Corporation for the first time, Mr. Hill owned, and operated, a Consulting and Investigation Company in New York City, NY.  In addition to his duties as President of Wackenhut Consulting and Investigation Services, he also serves on the Board of Directors for the corporation.

Mr. Hill has been designated a Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by ASIS International. He was the 2003 Chair of the Investigations Council of ASIS International, and was also  the Chairman of the 2002 Investigations Council International Investigations Workshop. He is certified as an accident / incident investigator by the U.S. Department of Energy, and has conducted investigations at both U.S. Department of Energy Nuclear Weapons Facilities and Nuclear Power Generating Facilities.

Mr. Hill received special training conducted by the U.S. Department of Energy at both their facilities in Oakland, CA and Idaho Falls, Idaho. That training included the technology and process of the "Management Oversight Risk Tree". Mr. Hill has also completed certified training in the Sandia National Laboratories Risk Assessment Methodology (RAM.)

Mr. Hill is a graduate of the State University of New York, and he served in the U.S. Marine Corp. and the U.S. Marine Corp Reserve.
